Great take away –think outside of the traditional measure of page views (and according all the presenters – a metric that is dead). Often social media metrics is related to two things: engagement and influence. How are people interacting with your brand and message, and how impactful are they? This is the sort of thing we haven’t been able to really measure offline to the extent we can now.
